Welcome to San Fernando Elementary School District. Are you a new family in the district or a transfer student? You’re in the right place! Here you’ll find information regarding our enrollment procedures. We would also be happy to meet you and your child to discuss the enrollment process. It is always nice to put a face to the new children and families joining our district. Just give us a call so we can set up an appointment.

How to Enroll

If you are new to the district or have a kindergartner ready to start school, please visit the San Fernando District Office. Our team will provide you with the necessary paperwork to complete and return. To make the process as efficient as possible, please be sure to bring the following items:

  • Child’s original birth certificate
  • Immunization records
  • Proof of residency


We comply with Arizona immunization laws. Please make sure your child is current on immunizations before the start of school. If you’re looking for more information, check out the list of state resources and local clinics.
